Hotel Acquarello is located in the city centre, in the pedestrian area, a few steps from Lake Lugano, close to the Palazzo dei Congressi, the Casino, the Padiglione Conza (exhibition centre) and the SBB railway station.
Renovated in 2014, all rooms are air-conditioned. Some have a balcony and views of the city’s rooftops. The multilingual staff will be happy to provide tourist information about Lugano and its surroundings.
Lake Lugano is a 5-minute walk away, and you will find many shops and restaurants nearby the Hotel.

Cancellations
Cancellation of a reservation must be received by the Acquarello Hotel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival, but may vary depending on the date and type of room booked.
If the cancellation of a reservation is not received by the agreed date and time, the Acquarello Hotel will charge the room rate for one night.
For further information on the cancellation terms for reservations, please ask at the time of booking
